Team work is a collaboration of all parties but also the sharing of intentions and goals. If one or the other is missing, you will lose the team concept.
For us, the team is built by steps, by weaving the threads of participation and cooperation and by providing, each, his/her ability and knowledge.
The model of Team Building of Coach4Change includes:
- A team coaching in which goals and expectations are roused and defined by all members of the team.
- An activity similar or completely different from the working asset in which the participants bring all their competences and relational skills. They will learn both, to overcome their limiting beliefs and how to help others to overcome them.
A part of re-contextualization in the “real world” in which the tools learned will become new knowledge and skills.
